General Information DATA LAYER NAME: DISBNDPL DESCRIPTION: Florida Department of Transportation District Boundaries TYPE: ArcView Polygon Shape File SCALE: DATUM: NAD 83 PROJECTION: UTM Zone 17 MAP UNITS: Meters GENERAL AREA COVERED: State of Florida ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The source data is the county boundary and shoreline file (see the Detailed Lineage - County Boundaries). The data was Imported to ArcINFO V 7.03 and projected to a standard format - UTM Zone 17, NAD 83, and polygon topology was built. After this process, the data set was converted to an ArcView shape file. In ArcView, the county boundary lines within each district were merged to depict one contiguous polygon for each FDOT District |
