Derived from the US Geological Survey 1:100,000 Digital Line Graph (DLG) files, transportation layer. These features are often not included in urban areas due to cartographic considerations. DLG files reflect the analog map series. Publication dates of the USGS maps used as sources range from 1980 to 1986. The maximum estimated error in horizontal position based on National Map Accuracy Standards is 167 feet. 1.2.2 PURPOSE: These data are appropriate for use in local and regional thematic analysis of electrical lines and pipelines.
