The Lakes coverage is a polygon coverage that was created by reselecting "Lake or
Pond", minor1 = 421 from the Hydrology maps. Lakes has both arc and polygon
topology and attributes.
In the compilation, an attempted was made to include "Manmade Lake or Pond" in the
coverage but none were found.
A frequency on the attributes of Lakes.pat gives the following.

The 0 items represent island polygons inside of lakes or ponds.
A frequency on the arc attribute table for codes Major1, Minor1, Major2, Minor2,.
Major3, Minor3, coastal. give some 80 different combinations.
